Representative Projects*
Public Entity - Designed a fleet safety incentive program that assured accident and incident statistics were collected and analyzed, so that driver groups and individuals were recognized.
Various Transporters - Conducted more than 70 audits for transporters including review of driver files, hiring criteria, substance abuse, testing and training, maintenance, and documentation procedures.
State University - Identified need to reduce vehicle damage and third-party claims for 100-power unit fleet. Developed customized driver coaching, training and vehicle monitoring program for commercial drivers, with increased self-insured risk retention - resulting in $500,000 in annual savings and $1 million in avoided litigation costs.
