Ship Retrofitting Facility - Performed a safety and risk management program, gap analysis and management systems evaluation that included: management leadership, employee participation, management implementation tools, contractor safety, workplace analysis, accident/incident root-cause investigation, accident trend analysis, hazard prevention and control, medical program and emergency response, and safety and health training.

Building Materials Manufacturer - Performed a safety management, gap analysis and OSHA compliance audit of more than 25 manufacturing facilities nationwide to: evaluate and advise local management on improving health and safety programs…and to inspect and review the operations and work practices, comparing them to best management practices for safety and industrial hygiene.

Multiple Manufacturing Facilities - Conducted best management practices and regulatory compliance audits at multiple manufacturing facilities. Such facilities include roofing, fiberglass matting, fiberboard, insulation board, paper mill, steel fabricating, and industrial-equipment manufacturing plants. The audits consisted of a review of pertinent written health and safety programs and a walk-through inspection of the facility. Program-related deficiencies, physical deficiencies and employee behavior observations were noted in the written report. Citations from the appropriate regulatory standard were noted for each alleged violation along with the recommended corrective action to abate the alleged violation. OSHA's program evaluation profile (PEP) was completed to help rate and benchmark each facility's health and safety management systems with others in their industry.
